The Mecha TTRPG Newsletter
You are about to discover that mecha ttrpgs are legion. Or more likely, you already know, and that's why you're signing up. It seems as if a new mech game is coming out every month, and so many of these games are worth reading, if not playing. How do you keep up with them all? This newsletter curates the cream of the crop, featuring a different mecha ttrpg each month while attempting to build a community around the genre.
To be upfront, I pay for Ghost.io to host this newsletter, and it costs money. So, this newsletter is also my personal newsletter! I'll use it to advertise my own mecha ttrpg and to share discounts or deals on other games that I write too.
Monthly Featured Mecha TTRPGS
I pick the featured mecha ttrpgs each month. These games are not sponsored. When I pick the games, I aim for diversity of indie content. In these newsletters you will find both OSR adventure-style games and story games. You'll find solo games and multiplayer games. You'll find popular games and games that you have never heard of.
Each featured game will covers its basics (a summary, its system, number of players, etc.) as well as why I think it's unique. Of course, I'm fallible. So, I'll also be bringing in the authors' voices in a brief, very general interview.
Sometimes I will feature other content as well. I hope to incorporate the perspectives of artists and actual play performers as well.
Community Content
Each newsletter will also feature community content. If I see something mecha-related that interests me, such as an actual play or blog, I'll post it here.
But I also want subscribers to share. You can share your ttrpg content by submitting the community content form. Content can include new adventures, press releases, hacks, playthroughs, reviews, and blog content.
Members of the Pilots Lounge (i.e. paid subscribers) can submit one advertisement each month. All other (Non-RNS) advertisements require a small fee. I reserve the right to say no to content, especially harmful and/or redundant content. Priority is given to mecha content.
The Pilot's Lounge
The Pilot's Lounge is the paid membership for this newsletter. It helps pay for the cost of web-hosting and labor. It also supports my own mecha ttrpg: Rust Never Sleeps.

Each month, I will write content for Rust Never Sleeps. Typically, this content will be solo missions, but it can also be mission generators, a playable mech, bonus rules, etc.
If you were a subscriber for the previous month, your name will be included in the content's credits.
Guest-Authored Content
For every 30 new subscribers, I'll commission a Rust Never Sleeps solo adventure from a guest writer. I'll prioritize authors of other mecha ttrpgs.
